Below are the payment policies that apply to the website www.feelslikehome.pt or www.flh.pt. When you make a booking on ones of these websites you agree to its payment policies and terms and conditions.
If you have booked your apartment from an affiliated website (eg. Booking.com , Air Bnb, HomeAway) you agree to their own payment and cancellation policies with agrees with Feels Like Home terms and conditions.

1 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT

In order to book your apartment, you pay an initial online payment which is calculated based on the apartment you choose and the length of your stay.
A security deposit of 50 € may be charged upon booking (unless otherwise stated) and shall be refunded upon check-out if there are no damage and if the apartment is in good conditions.
The reservation is only confirmed after the deposit payment and consequent confirmation e-mail send by Feels Like Home.

2 - REMAINING BALANCE AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The remaining amount will be paid in cash in Euros upon arrival directly to the apartment manager.
You agree to pay the accommodation fees as set out in the booking without deduction and you also agree to discharge the cost of any damage to the accommodation or contents and to pay any fees in relation to overstaying.
The accommodation fees set out in the confirmation of booking are for rental of the accommodation and optional services provided on the website. No additional concierge or other services are included – Please see here terms and conditions relating to concierge, and other services.

3 - BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

If you would like to make a change to your booking, it can be made prior to your check-in date.
Depending on the change, we can either modify the existing booking or cancel and rebook it.
It is possible to reduce the number of nights 8 days or more before the arrival date.
In this case, we will not charge you for the nights that you do not use.
Reducing the number of nights 7 days or less before arrival entails paying rate of 100% of the value of each night cancelled.
Adding extra dates is permitted when the same apartment is available for the extra dates.
The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of the reservation fee.
The first change of the reservation is not subject to administration costs, but subsequent changes are subject to a fee 20 €.
Despite contacting our customer care service by phone, any booking change or cancellation must be required by mail to Feels Like Home, with the booking reference.

4 - CANCELLATIONS

More than 7 days before check-in date: The initial deposit will be refunded; 7 days or less before check-in date: 50% of the total booking is charged; Cancellation on the check-in date or not showing: the total booking is charged (and you hereby authorize Feels Like Home to deduct such sums from the credit or debit card details which you supplied when making booking).
